How the guarantee works

To qualify for the guarantee, the system must be fully implemented and used as intended. The website and all associated systems must remain live and active for a continuous period of 30 days. All core components, including the booking system, CRM, and automations, must remain in place and operational. The system must be used in line with the guidance and structure provided by Chrisp Design. The 30-day guarantee period begins from the date the system is made live or access is provided to the client, whichever occurs first. The system is considered delivered at this point, regardless of whether a walkthrough or demo has been completed.

Your responsibilities

For the system to perform as expected, the client agrees to respond to all enquiries generated through the system within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours. The client must also use the CRM and follow-up tools provided to manage and convert leads effectively. The client is responsible for providing all required access, assets, and information necessary for setup and integration, including but not limited to Google accounts, domain access, and business information. The client also agrees to provide all required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to allow for efficient setup and delivery. Delays in providing these may impact performance and timelines and do not constitute a failure of the system. The client also agrees to maintain reasonable communication throughout the implementation and usage period. Extended periods of non-response may affect performance and may invalidate the guarantee.

Traffic requirements

The system requires traffic in order to generate enquiries. Where marketing services are included, Chrisp Design will manage this. Where they are not included, the client agrees to actively drive traffic. A lack of reasonable traffic activity will be considered an incomplete test of the system and may invalidate the guarantee.

System integrity

To ensure the system performs as designed, the client agrees not to make significant changes to the website, funnel, booking flow, or automation systems without prior approval. Unauthorised changes that affect performance may invalidate the guarantee.

Third-party platforms

Chrisp Design is not responsible for delays, access issues, or performance limitations caused by third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to Google, domain providers, hosting providers, or external integrations.

What counts as “not working”

For the purpose of this guarantee, “not working” is defined as the system generating zero enquiries during the 30-day period. This guarantee applies to enquiry generation only and does not guarantee revenue, sales, or profitability. This does not include subjective feedback such as design preferences, nor does it include situations where enquiries were generated but not converted due to client handling. Client must show the implemented a minimum of 100 past potential customer data into the system to be used as outreach.

Timelines and additional work

Standard delivery timelines are based on all required inputs and access being provided promptly. Where additional work is requested, including but not limited to logo creation, custom imagery, bespoke tools, or content development, timelines may reasonably extend to accommodate this.

Refund process

If the system has been implemented and used correctly and has not generated enquiries, the client may request a refund within 30 days of the system going live. The request must be made in writing. As part of this process, the client agrees to provide reasonable evidence of system usage, including confirmation that the system remained live, details of any enquiries received, response times to those enquiries, and an overview of traffic activity during the period. Chrisp Design reserves the right to review all relevant data and attempt to resolve any performance issues before issuing a refund. The guarantee may only be claimed once per project or engagement. This guarantee is intended for genuine use of the system. Chrisp Design reserves the right to refuse or void the guarantee in cases of misuse, abuse, or unreasonable conduct.

Our approach

If the system is not performing as expected, our first step will always be to work with you to identify and resolve any issues. If the system has been used correctly and still does not generate enquiries, a refund will be issued in line with this guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and European Union,This guarantee is designed to be fair on both sides. You receive a fully built system with no unnecessary risk, and we are given a proper opportunity to deliver the intended outcome.
